DC Senior Games

Registration for the DC Senior Games is OPEN.

The games will take place across several venues, August - November, 2026. Participants may qualify for the next National Senior Games in July 2027 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Athletes must be at least 50 years of age by Dec. 31, 2026.

Track: 50 meter dash up to 10K run. Field: long jump, shot put, discus, softball throw, football throw, and cornhole

AQUATICS

Freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly at 50 yards, 100 yards, 200 yards, 500 yards, including medleys and relays.

COURT SPORTS

Tennis, pickleball, 3-on-3 basketball, free throw, and spot shot.

ADDITIONAL EVENTS

Softball and bowling.
